SUOC 197: Favorite Florals

Hello there and welcome to SUO Challenges. We have a fabulously fun challenge for you today!

I think the majority of us have had pretty awful and unusual weather this Spring and are eagerly awaiting a full-blown summer. What better way to beat the Spring snowstorms than to visualize the lovely flowers that we’re starting to see?

Our theme this week is flower/floral images from the Annual Catalog. With the close of Sale-A-Bration and the Spring Occasions Catalog still in full swing, it’s nice to go back to the Annual Catalog.

For today’s challenge, our Design Team takes on the theme of flowers. We hope you are inspired by them to create and enter your own projects. I would also like to encourage you to stop by the design team’s blogs to see all of their incredible work and get to know our new designers too!

SUO #132 Punch It Up

Do you LOVE punches? Yep…we all LOVE punches too! If you are a punch lovin’ Stampin’ Up! stamper…we want you! We want you to join us for our “Punch It Up” challenge this time! Just so your card features PUNCHES…you are good to go!

Need some ideas to get your creativity started? Then check out our Design Team projects – and have fun with your own project!

To participate in our challenge, make a card or other paper-crafted project and post a photo of it to your blog or a gallery on the internet. Then come back here and use our link tool at the bottom of this post to share the photo with us.

Of course, your projects must be made with Stampin’ Up! products only. The products may be those that are in current catalogs, or they may be retired products. But (as our blog title says) SUO – Stampin’ Up! Only! This means that products from other papercrafting, rubber stamp, die-making or other companies may not be included in your project or in any other project included in your blog post if Stampin’ Up! sells a like product. For example, Stampin’ Up! does not sell sewing thread. So use of sewing thread from another company is just fine. Stampin’ Up! does sell the Sizzix Big Shot, so use of die-cuts, texture plates or other such products from another company is not fine. If you have a question, please send an e-mail to our Coordinator, Robin Messenheimer, and she’ll be glad to answer it!

SUO Challenge #131 – Get Well Soon

It seems like this time of year, at last here in the states, with everyone going back to school and the weather changes, that everyone is getting sick! So this time, to help you build your ‘stash’ we are going to do Get Well Cards or Gifts. Then take one step further and send that to family, friend, co-worker, neighbor, teacher…oh, don’t forget the teachers!
