SUO Challenge 18, In Celebration of Butterflies!

This challenge was created for fans of Stampin' Up! products and demonstrators to participate in and draw inspiration from. Hence the name of the blog, Stampin' Up! Winners from our Mother's Day Challenge

What beautiful creations we saw last challenge. So many cards lovingly made to the important women in our lives.

First place goes to Alisha Watson. We loved you rcard. All the details are just beautiful. We wish you the best mother's day with your mum. May God bless you both.

Second place is for Kathy Schweinfurth. We loved your creative use of the new punch from the summer mini catalog. May you be surrounded by people who love you this mother's day. A mother's day without your mother is never easy.

SUO Challenge 17, Mother’s Day Cards!

I am hopeful that all of these April showers (snow and rain) will bring the May flowers that we anticipate to make Mother's Day a beautiful day. The colors of the flowers, the love of our family and the special memories we make all work together.

So, grab your Stampin' Up products and get to work on a Mother's Day card. If you no longer have a mother, make a card for another special woman in your life and thank her for being your friend.

SUO Challenge 16, It’s Raining Cats and Dogs!

This is the month of April!

April showers bring May flowers… and spring is also the time when baby animals are born and the earth is bursting with new life! So that means, this challenge is for Animal cards!! Time to show off your love for animals… any animals… cats, dogs, birds, bunny rabbits, monkeys, owls and even giraffes! If it is an animal, you're welcome to feature it on your project! (Easter Bunnies are included!! Yay!) Some of our design team members used MDS and we also feature a project with hybrid digital/scrap art! Time to get creative with animals! Come join us!

SUO Challenge 15 – Birthday Cards

My goodness! The birthday card challenge was lots of fun! Look the all the great creations posted for this challenge! Many of them include birthday cakes, flowers, vintage elements, balloons… when it comes to birthday cards, there are so many options for creativity available! It is so fun to make a special card that you know the birthday person will love!

  • First place for the Birthday Card challenge is Heather Klump with her beautiful vintage black and white card. 
  • Second place goes to Melissa with her adorable cupcake card with delicious glittery white frosting! yum!
  • Third place goes to Julie for lovely "Wish Big" card with the lovely technique she used on the main element!

Happy Birthday to you. Happy Birthday to you. Happy Birthday dear rubber stamper….  Of all the cards that we, as rubber stampers, make, I suspect we make more birthday cards than any other kind  of cards.

This fortnight, we are showcasing our talents of using only Stampin' Up products to make birthday cards. In these samples, you will see quick and easy, beautiful and vintage and everything in between. Our design team has come up with some great examples for you.

SUO Challenge 14 – Retired Sets

Thank you all so much for the wonderful creations you submitted for our challenge on using retired Stampin' Up sets. It was a fun walk down memory lane, looking at all of your projects. It is funny that a stamped image can bring back so many memories. I'm sure some of you know what I am talking about.

  • First place for the retired sets challenge is Ann Craig with her beautiful Easter bunny baskets.
  • Second place goes to Kez with her reintroduction of the set Seaside Sketches, combined with the new Tulips embossing frame.
  • Third place goes to Hilary for her card using Ahoy Matey.
