SUO Challenge 8, Dry Embossing with Bravo Burgundy, More Mustard and Very Vanilla colors

12 / 14 / 1012 / 15 / 10

It's the most wonderful time of the year. I'm sure you are crazy busy getting ready for the holidays that are upon us. I hope you will take a little time out from all of your preparations to play along with out newest challenge.

This challenge includes a color challenge, along with a technique challenge.

Combine those colors with your favorite method of dry embossing. You can use the Big Shot with a dry embossing folder, or try a scoring blade in your trimmer to emboss straight lines, or even make a template using punches and emboss with a stylus.

SUO Challenge 6, Thanksgiving Table Art

11 / 15 / 1011 / 17 / 10

Welcome to another challenge. This week we are proposing you make Thanksgiving Table Art as your project. We have some great examples here to show you from our design team. All styles are represented here. If you set your table with the best china and linens, we have something for you. If you have a large family who eats on disposable plates, we have something for you.

Take some time this week to make a table art for your Thanksgiving feast. Upload your photo, leave a link and show us your creativity.

Looking forward to seeing your creations.

Also, it is with sadness that we need to say goodbye to SUO Challenges designer Jenn Diercks. She has done a fabulous job with starting out this challenge group but due to family commitments, must say goodbye. Are you interested in stepping into Jenn's place? Please send an email to stampinkitty@sbcglobal.net if you'd like to be an SUO Challenges designer and send us the link to your blog or online gallery so we can see your work! Thanks!

11 / 2 / 1011 / 2 / 10

Good morning and welcome to Stampin' Up! Only Challenge 5! We have something very fun planned for you today and it's something that we don't utilize often. We're doing punch art! For those of you who are Stampin' Up! demonstrators, there's been a lot of wonderful inspiration at the Stampin' Connection lately using punch art. Before we share our samples with you, we'd like to congratulate the Top 3 from our last challenge! You may have won this award before, but we couldn't help presenting it to you again because your work was fabulous! We all appreciated Carrie Gaskin's unique way she used her fabric. Honestly, everything submitted was awesome! Don't forget to pick up your blog badge from the sidebar. Congrats to ~
